Details: Biotechcellence (BTX) 2010, a national level symposium organized by the Association of Biotechnologists, Centre for Biotechnology (CBT), has been the launch pad for many budding scientists, from across the country. The four day event has something for everyone, with paper presentations, guest lectures and many more competitions. An interesting outcome of BTX, is the part it plays in making entrepreneurs out of students. Being an event managed entirely by students, with guidance from the faculty, it is a showcase of the organizational capabilities, business acumen and team work of the CBTians, virtues which no textbook can teach!

Participation in our symposium is open to a broad spectrum of audience , including undergraduate, postgraduate and post-doctoral students, who will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with some of the prominent personalities pertaining to biotechnology and its allied fields.

Since its inception in 1995, Biotechcellence has become bigger and better. It's reach has been widening and has attracted participation from colleges and research institutions, all over the country
